This place is great to work with! I’ve been buying two pairs of boots from them a year for about five years. They are always very helpful and have replaced my boots under warranty a few times with no questions asked.

When I bought my Boots, I was explained the warranty and why Red Wing was best choice for Boots. I put there warranty to the test I had a defect and was 6 months afterwards! I must say no questions asked boots was replaced and custom insoles. That’s how companies should do business and did. Highly recommended! There’s no other boots I’ll purchase now but Red Wing! Great customer service Thank you Red Wing Boots!

Working with the manager was awesome today. He helped my husband with steel toe shoes. He wanted a special pair and didn’t have his size. He was super nice. It was going to take till the middle of the week and we asked if we could check with the store in Louisville and he said sure. We waned the shoes today. We now have the ones from Louisville store. Lexington store was awesome ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Aaron was a total OG and he didn't stop bringing me boots until I got what felt the best for my needs. I felt the versapro boot is going to serve me well while on the job. Thank Aaron!

I recently bought a pair of Irish Setter boots with composite toes from the store. Loved the boots and the services offered for maintenance care of the boot. The customer service on the follow up on warranty claim on the boots was excellent. Much appreciated for the understanding and standing behind the product. I didn't catch the name of the male store employee but 5 stars for him.

Melissa helped me nab a fantastic pair of Style 875 Heritage Classic Moc's in Oro Leather. She gave me some tips on how to treat the leather, made sure I felt really comfortable in the boots before I left, and was overall a very helpful and chill person! Best boots I've ever worn, very high quality leather, and I even got some leather laces that came with my purchase. The fit was perfect, albeit being a smidge uncomfortable at first, but they feel nicer the more you wear them. I usually wear a 9 in boots and 9.5 in canvas sneakers, but the 9 fit nice and snug for me. The Oro Leather is in my opinion the best color cause it works with nearly everything from smart casual to workwear. If you're looking for a durable work boot, or even something more casual like the Heritage Mocs, Red Wing is the way to roll.

I typically don’t review but this is a special case. I bought boots for the first time ever back in Jan and didn’t have a stellar experience. The lady who was there wasn’t very knowledgeable about anything and wasn’t very helpful. Nonetheless, I returned today to buy more because I ended up getting some boots that I liked a lot and needed some more. When I walked in I was greeted by Aaron who said he was new to the store. Off the bat he was very friendly and asked if I needed help with anything even while taking care of another customer. Just from observing how he helped others and myself he is tremendous at what he does. He made sure I got measured and listened to my input on how I liked my shoes to fit and what my needs were. He made great suggestions and just made sure I got the best thing possible. Whatever he’s getting paid it’s not enough because he is exactly the kind of person a store like this needs. I will definitely be back in the future and I hope to see him there!

I would give 5 more stars if I could 👍👍⬆️Melissa took the time to make sure I was happy..The staff is very knowledgeable about the Working Man\woman and their needs for boots. They will point you in the right direction get you fitted and make sure your boot buying experience is the best you ever had! I highly recommend you stopping in checking out their selection just remember you get what you pay for....

My husband needed his old Ref Wing boots replaced after years of wear. I found this place on Google Maps and happy I did. We were greeted when we entered the store. Then the clerk asked if he could help us. After my husband told him what he was looking for, he helped and gave great advice. After my husband made his selection his feet were scanned for size. My husband is really happy with the boots. He recommends this store if you need work boots.
